Study Reveals How Much Exercise You Need Each Week to Control Blood Pressure
A recent study has identified the optimal amount of weekly exercise to control blood pressure. Researchers found that blood pressure is significantly reduced by participating in an aerobic exercise with medium exciting training of about 150 minutes each week, especially in people with high blood pressure.
