The article focuses on the Arizona legislature, public leaders and elected governance. Ned Creighton established the Arizona News Service, which publishes the Arizona Capitol Times in 1906 before the state of Arizona. His son Robert conducted and extended the procedure until 1970, when the son of Robert, also Ned, took over the company. In 1982 Arizona's Capitol Times was renamed the Legislative Review. Creighton's wife Diana entered the newspaper at the beginning of the 1980s.
