Due to lack of proper sales, it was closed on 31 July of the same year. Again it was relaunched as a weekly newspaper on 11 September 2005 and got highest sales and finally become a daily newspaper again. It is currently published on weekends and online edition is available. They also introduced women's magazine named Luz.

Jorge Fontevecchia first introduced it as a daily newspaper on 9 May 1998, but bad sales compelled it to close on 31 July 2005.[1] On 11 September 2005, the newspaper relented as a weekly newspaper on the Sunday, the top-sales day. It was hoped that they might add a fresh edition on Saturdays after constructing a reader base and then lastly be a daily newspaper again. It is presently released on weekends and is updated every day with an online edition. Moreover, Luz women's magazine involves the Sunday edition.
