Insomnia … is a very common health problem today. Many people are suffering from this problem. It used to be common among the elderly. It is now a widespread issue affecting people of all ages, from young to the elderly. The primary cause of this is ‘stress’. Be it study, job, business, family problems, illness… the effect of many things is leading to insomnia.
