He also stated that the Reliance Group of Industries will never be complacent and will develop to be one of the world’s top ten business empires. “Reliance is India’s largest corporation by revenues, profits, and market value,” he said in a message to staff on Reliance Family Day, the birthday of the group’s founder Dhirubhai Ambani. “Reliance is known for disrupting the market through constant innovation and reinvention,” he went on to say. Also stated that Reliance would stay forever young by keeping the average age of all teams in the 30s. “Let me reiterate: the future of Reliance belongs to Akash, Isha, Anant, and their generation,” he remarked of his children.
