Statues of goddesses are carved on the pillars of the temple. A total of 5 types of mandapam are constructed in the temple – Nritya Mandapam, Ranga Mandapam, Sabha Mandapam, Prarthana Mandapam and Kirtana Mandapam. Near the Ram Mandir is a historic, ancient well known as Sita Koopa. The ancient Shiva temple along with the statue of Jatayu has been restored in the southwest part. An idol of Bala Rama is installed in the main sanctum on the ground floor. When it comes to the construction of the temple, the foundation of the temple is made of 14 meters thick Roller-compacted concrete (RCC) without using cement or iron. It became hard as artificial rock and built to withstand severe earthquakes. Devotees from all over the world have contributed in an unprecedented manner to contribute their part in the construction of the temple. So far Rs.1100 crores have been spent… another Rs.300 crores are likely to be spent. Devotees say that the temple can be maintained for a few years with these donations.
