SAFEMA has successfully auctioned 11 properties previously owned by Dawood Ibrahim and his relatives in the last nine years. Again now SAFEMA officials are all set to auction properties belonging to Dawood Ibrahim’s ancestors in Maharashtra. On January 5, SAFEMA officials will auction four agricultural properties belonging to Dawood Ibrahim’s mother Ameena Bee at Mumbaike village in Ratnagiri district. The total reserve price of these four properties has been fixed at Rs.19.2 lakhs. Also, the small plot rate has been reserved as Rs.15,440. It is reported that the sale of these assets will be completed in three ways. One is e-auction, second is public auction and finally the tender procedures are completed in a sealed envelope.
