About Kiribati :The Kiribati was called earlier as Gilbert Islands. It has a history of more than 2,000 years. Kiribati was invaded by the Samoans and the Tongans. As a result of the influence of invaders the culture, language, and tradition are mixed. Initially the Kiribati people were uneducated. Now the situation has changed. The Kiribati consists of 3 separated main groups namely the Gilberts on the equator, the Phoenix Islands to the east, and the Line Islands farther east.
