    About Gujarati: The Gujarati language is is the official language of the State of Gujarat in India. It is an Indo-Aryan language. Gujarati is also known as "Gojarati" or "Gujerati". Gujarati is named after the community of Gurjar/Gujar, who have settled in the region in the middle of the 5th century. Gujarati is also an official language in the union territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The census 2011 said that 54.6 million people speaks Gujarati in India. About 65.5 million speakers world wide.
